Is aquatics aerobics safe? 

Safety is our top priority. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, please consult with your doctor before you start a session.

What should I bring and what should I wear?

Just bring a comfortable swimsuit, a towel, and a bottle of water. We provide all the specialized equipment you’ll need! Aqua shoes are recommended for extra grip on the pool floor, but not mandatory.

How do I book my first session?

How do payments and cancellations work?
